Invitation to tender
The Council publishes all invitations to tender to provide goods, works and services on the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) Electronic Tendering Portal and on the Council website under Current Contract Opportunities.
To see Redcar & Cleveland Borough Councils specific opportunities please follow this process:
- Click on NEPO Portal login in the top right hand corner
- Click on Supplier Login
- Click on Find Opportunities;
- Click on Redcar & Cleveland on the dropdown list under Organisations
- Click on the green Update button. This will display all the current opportunities that are open to all suppliers.
Please note – The twelve North East Local Authorities will be using a new E-Procurement platform, which will be phased in during 2023.
The new system, Open, will replace the NEPO Portal (Pro Contract) and in order to bid for future contract opportunities suppliers are encouraged to register on Open as well as the NEPO Portal (Pro Contract) as the two systems will run in parallel during 2023.
