Paying for care and support

Some care and support services are not free. This means most people have to pay something towards their care and some will have to pay all of the costs.

Support for carers

If you provide unpaid care for an adult with a disability or health problem you might need support to help you look after your own health and wellbeing. 

Support in your home

There are a number of services available to you, which will support you to live in your own home for as long as possible. 

Care homes and housing

If you can no longer live in your own home safely, there are a number of options available to you to support you to live as independently as possible.
