Affordable Housing SPD
The Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted on the 13th October 2011.
The SPD provides guidance on the provision of affordable housing in Redcar and Cleveland for developments of 15 houses or more. The SPD builds upon 'saved' Local Plan Policy H9, which sets out our requirements for affordable housing and Local Development Framework Core Strategy Policies CS1 and CS13, which seeks to ensure that new housing developments consist of a mix of types and tenures.
