The results of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Mayoral Election are as follows:
- Ben Houchen (Conservatives) - 81930 votes ELECTED
- Chris Paul McEwan (Labour and Co-Operative Party) - 63,141 votes.
- Simon Christopher Thorley (Liberal Democrats) - 7679 votes.
