The Council’s cabinet member for Highways and Transport, Cllr Carl Quartermain, said:
“We are delighted to bring back this free parking scheme to make it easier for residents and visitors to enjoy the festive season. Local shops and businesses are the heart of our towns, and this is a simple way to support them while getting your Christmas shopping done. We encourage everyone to explore our fantastic independent retailers and make this festive season a celebration of buying local.”
