Jobseekers have been invited to a Jobs Fair taking place in Redcar.
On Wednesday 22 February, between 9.30am and 12noon, employers such as Arriva, Balfour Beaty, Beyond Housing, and A&B Homecare will be advertising jobs at Coatham Memorial Hall.
Up to 100 jobs are available with vacancies in the public sector as well as private, including construction, engineering, environmental, healthcare, hospitality, security, and transport.
Each employer will have a stall and a representative there to answer any questions.
The event is hosted by Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council’s Training and Employment Hub.
Members of the public looking for a job are encouraged to reserve a place, if possible, when attending, but people can drop-in if they’re passing.
Cllr Chris Gallacher, Cabinet Member for Economic Development at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, said: “This is going to be a fantastic event for anyone looking for work at the moment. There’s such a variety of employment opportunities available, so I think there will be something for everyone. Representatives from each business and organisation will be there for anyone who has any questions or how the application process will work.”
