Veterans UK

Veterans UK administers the Armed Forces pension schemes and compensation payments for those injured or bereaved through service. It is responsible for the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme, War Disablement Pensions, Armed Forces Pensions, and the Veterans Welfare Service. Veterans UK is part of the Ministry of Defence. 

Royal British Legion

The Royal British Legion provides support to members of the Armed Forces community who may need financial support. Whether you're in need of urgent assistance to get through a temporary crisis, or need help at home, they may be able to help with a grant.

Turn2us is a national charity helping people when times get tough. They provide financial support to help people get back on track.

The Veterans Charity

The Veterans Charity provides fast, direct support to veterans facing hardship and distress. They supply essential items including food shopping, clothing, household goods like kitchenware and appliances, as well as furniture and even mobile phones to aid vital communication.

Army Benevolent Fund

The Army Benevolent Fund is the national charity of the British Army, providing a lifetime of support to soldiers, veterans, and their immediate families when they are in need.

The Officers' Association

The Officers’ Association provides support and advice to former officers and their dependents on a variety of matters including employment, finances, housing, health, wellbeing, volunteering, and maintaining a social life.

There are many different kinds of financial help available for people in the Armed Forces, veterans, and their families. Church Homeless Charity

Church Homeless Charity is a grant-giving organisation that helps homeless people to rebuild their lives. They provide grants for clothing, travel, and group activities, and for furniture and household essentials when people move into a home of their own and are committed to supporting military veterans who are affected by homelessness.
