Temporary Lane and Cycleway closures will be in operation from 22nd September 2025 for up to 26 weeks to construction new Teesworks Park and Ride entrance. An overnight road closure for resurfacing will be in place from 02/02/26 to 27/03/26 18:00 – 05:30 (Weather permitting). A temporary road closure will be in operation from 15th March 2026 up to 1 day to carry out CCTV survey and sewer cleanse. Work to be carried out by Northumbrian Water (Enquiries regarding this work contact 03333216294).

A temporary road closure will be in operation from 11th March 2026 for up to 3 days to cold plane and resurface carriageway. Work to be carried out by Tarmac on behalf of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Enquiries regarding this work contact 01642446586).

A temporary overnight closure will be in operation between 21:00hrs and 05:30hrs from 16th March 2026 up to 3 days to cold plane and resurface carriageway. Work to be carried out by Tarmac on behalf of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Enquiries regarding this work contact 01642446586).

Orchard Way / Sunnyfield / Ainstable Road, Ormesby
Rolling multi-way traffic lights will be in operation from 5th January 2026 for up to 12 weeks to carry out essential gas mains replacement scheme. Work to be carried out Northern Gas Networks (Enquiries in case of signal failure contact 03700 500 792).

Multi-way temporary traffic lights will be in operation from 2nd February 2026 for up to 6 weeks to carry out essential gas mains replacement scheme. Work to be carried out by Northern Gas Network (Enquiries in case of signal failure contact 03700 500 792).
- Aldenham Road / Brocklesby Close, Guisborough
Multi-way traffic lights will be in operation from 16th February 2026 for up to 4 weeks to carry out essential maintenance. These traffic lights will be moving to each road junction as the work progresses along Enfield Chase.
