We have a range of Social Work roles and locations across our borough. You can earn from £32,076.00 to £43,421.00 plus a substantial removal and relocation package. 

As part of our benefits package, we will pay your professional registration fees and we also offer flexible working arrangements.

We place a high level of importance on our staff welfare so we provide , high levels of support, manageable  caseloads, with reflective and developmental supervision on a regular basis and a training and development offer that allows you to grow your knowledge on  our Practice Model "Relationships First”, which encompass our principles of curiosity, creativity, compassion, commitment, collaboration and being child centred through a  strength based relational approach to supporting our families.

We have opportunities to work within our Multi Agency Childrens Hub, Assessment Teams, Locality Teams, Children in Our Care Teams as well as in more specialist roles such as:

  • Fostering.
  • Pre Birth.
  • SAFE (Safeguarding Adolescents from Exploitation).
  • Unaccompanied Through Care Asylum team.
