The online building control register allows you to search and view building regulation applications that have been submitted to Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council since 1996. A standard search allows you to choose your own criteria on which to search (e.g building regulation number, location, build types etc.)

Please note pre 1996 records are not held electronically. No records are held for longer than 16 years after the completion of the development.
