Please note, there is a 50% surcharge for out of town fees.
At least two working days’ notice (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) of any proposed interment must be given to the Bereavement Services Office in writing on the form prescribed by the Council.

Transfer of deeds
| Where the owner of the exclusive right of burial is still alive and wishes the deed to be transferred to relatives the Assignment of Exclusive Right of Burial form may be used. This may be found on the Council’s website. The form should be completed and returned to the Bereavement Services Office with the original deed and card payments accepted over the telephone on 01642 444420/21. | £97.00 |

Duplicate Deeds
Duplicate deeds where original deed(s) have been lost are charged at £20.00 to replace.
Exclusive Rights of Burial
These are where a lease has expired and the exclusive right needs to be purchased for another 50 years:
- Burial Plot - £1080.00
- Cremated Remains Plot - £265.00
Memorial, vases, additional inscriptions and wooden crosses
Permission must be granted by the Bereavement Services Manager, before any works are undertaken on memorials of any kind.
Application forms are available from Fairway House, Central Depot, Limerick Road, Dormanstown, TS10 5JU or by visiting the Bereavement Services webpage.
At least five working days notice by e-mail must be given to the Bereavement Service Manager prior to any work taking place. After permission is granted work may only be carried out between 9.00 am and 3.30 pm Monday to Friday.
No monumental work is permitted on a Saturday, Sunday or any bank holiday unless prior permission has been granted.

- Memorials must not exceed 914 mm in height, (3’) 914mm in width (3’) and must be between 76 mm to 127 mm (3-6”) in thickness.
