What are the restrictions?
The restrictions are as follows:
- You can only use the site if you make an appointment first;
- The site will be open to cars at any time of day;
- Residents with the following vehicle types need to select the 'Vans and permit type vehicles' option when booking an appointment - vans/minibus/campervan up to 3.5 tonnes.
- Any vehicle with a trailer is required to select the 'Vans and permit type vehicles' option when booking an appointment.
- Vehicles adapted to accommodate residents with disabilities eg wheelchair ramps, must also book an appointment. Such vehicles should book a car appointment and show their badge on entry;
- Site staff may not be able to assist with unloading;
- A one way, no overtaking system is in in operation for your safety so please be patient as your departure may be delayed by a vehicle tipping in front of you;
- Mattresses must be wrapped/bagged and taped;
- The site is in an exposed location so at times of extreme weather, we may need to close the site without prior warning due wind, ice or snow etc.

Discretion is applied to any vehicle that is adapted to accommodate a disabled user on production of a blue badge.
