If you have sight or hearing loss we can provide information, advice and services to help you identify what you need to live as independently as possible.

We can provide information and advice about support or equipment to help you retain independence if you have a sensory need i.e. hearing impairment or loss or visual impairment or loss. 

If you have difficulty communicating with us via the telephone, then Relay UK may help. Relay UK services for deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired people are readily available without specialist equipment. You can download the app from the app store, google play or the Microsoft store onto your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
