Our friendly and knowledgeable team will talk to you about what your goals are, what support you might need and what classes could be right for you.
Before you start our courses, you'll also be invited to a pre-course meeting complete an initial assessment and speak to our Careers and Learning Support Assistant for information, advice and guidance.
Paying for a Course
At Redcar Adult Learning Service, we are committed to making education accessible to everyone. That's why all our courses are fully funded. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age: You must be 19 years or older – on or before 31st August of the academic year.
- Residency: You must live in the Tees Valley.
- Income: You must be earning less than £33, 332 per year or claiming benefits.
