We are collecting feedback from autistic adults, parents/carers and professionals about their experiences of adult social care.
We'd appreciate your support in distributing the opportunity to be a part of this consultation to your teams, service users and other organisations within these local authorities you feel could benefit.
We are looking for feedback about all adult social care services including:
- Social workers
- Support workers
- Home care/supported living
- Support assessments
- Safeguarding support
- Occupational Therapy
- Day services and community opportunities
- Advocacy
- Advice and guidance
- Transition from child to adult social care
The feedback will be presented to Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland Local Authority, who will use it to create a South Tees Strategy and Action Plan for autistic adults. All feedback will remain anonymous.
