Advice and information for 16 and 17 year olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness

I am 16 or 17 years old and am either homeless or threatened with homelessness, how do I get support?

If you are 16 or 17 years old and are either homeless or threatened with homelessness, a joint assessment will be completed by the Housing Advice & Information Team and Children’s Services.

This assessment will include discussing your circumstances and any support needs. This will help us to prevent you becoming homeless and assist you to return home, where this is suitable.

Contact the Housing Advice & Information Team or the Multi-Agency Children’s Hub by telephone on 01642 130700 or contact the team by email.
