The Caring Kind is a new campaign that celebrates professionals in the care sector and raises the profile of the careers available within the industry across Redcar and Cleveland.
The Caring Kind's purpose is to create a true insight into what it’s like to work in the care industry, create an open, honest conversation, and support those who want to enter the industry.
The campaign includes a dedicated website with easy-to-use access to job opportunities within the region, as well acting as a central hub for those already in the industry to share knowledge and engage with their peers.
It aims to connect employers, employees, education, and those looking to enter the sector, whether that’s a career change, a first job or looking to progress in their role.
The Caring Kind was created by care providers with support from Redcar and Cleveland Council as well as Anglo American through their Thriving Communities Programme.
