Parenting Programmes

We understand that being a parent can be very difficult at times and therefore we
can offer you and your family a range of parenting programmes developed to
enhance your knowledge, skills and confidence. Perhaps you simply want to learn
more about how to use play at home, or learn techniques to manage your child's
challenging behaviour, set routines for bed time or just want to talk to someone
about your struggle to cope with the demands of parenthood.

Our Parenting Programmes include:-

Freedom Programme
This is a rolling programme for women who have previously or who are currently experiencing domestic abuse. This group equips women with the knowledge to
protect themselves and their children from the impact of domestic abuse and helps
recognise and avoid repeated abusive relationships. Please see the Freedom
Programme Leaflet below for more information.

give your child a healthy start? Would you like to reduce mealtime stress? Would
you like to enjoy being active together as a family more often? If you have at least
one child under 5 years old and can answer ' yes' to any of these questions then
HENRY is for you. Please see the HENRY Leaflet below for more information.
