​Payment Refund Policy

​​If we cannot provide a paid for service, or you are entitled to a refund for any other reason, we will process the refund promptly.


Payments made by debit/credit card will be refunded directly to the card used for payment. If this card has expired since the date the payment was made, the refund will be made by BACS directly into your bank account. 

Please note that refunds can only be made to the original card that was used for payment.
