Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council in partnership with Redcar and Cleveland College, Job Centre Plus, Skills for Care and local care companies, have developed the Redcar & Cleveland Care Academy. The objective of the academy is to address an identified skills shortage in the care sector by providing free quality training to future care workers.
The next course runs at Redcar and Cleveland College from 26 January to 5 March 2021, Tuesday to Friday 9.30am – 3pm. All individuals who complete the course will receive e a guaranteed job interview with a local care company with many previous students gaining permanent employment as a result of completing the course.
The Academy is delivered at Redcar and Cleveland College in it's modern, well equipped centre by highly skilled trainers who have extensive industry experience. You must be 18 or over to enrol on this course.
