The process for the removal of waste will be based on a category basis of category 1 & category 2
Cat 1 will be urgent requests for fuel removal from locations where potential dangerous fires or waste are being built which may endanger life and or property. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE TEAMS WILL CARRY OUT GARDEN CLEARENCES OR CLEARANCE OF DERILICT PROPERTIES OR LAND.
Cat 2 will be for less urgent requests such as a bonfire being built on grass open space away from built up areas, this may lead to the less or none urgent requests being dealt with the following day by the Neighbourhood & Beyond Housing teams in the respective areas.
During normal working hours throughout the scheme period all requests should be forwarded direct to each relevant Neighbourhood Team contact who will deal on a first reported basis unless Cat 1 is reported.
