- How do I get access to a Health Visitor?
You can access our single point of contact (Tel: 01642 444011) where a Health Visitor is available to speak to you Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. If the Health Visitor is taking another call, you can leave your contact details and we will get back to you
- How do I get access to a School Nurse?
You can access our single point of contact (Tel: 01642 444011) where a School Nurse is available to speak to you. If the School Nurse is taking another call you can leave your contact details and you will receive a call back.
- How can I get support for breastfeeding?
You can access our single point of contact (Tel: 01642 444011) where a Health Visitor is available to answer any queries you may have about breastfeeding.
There is information in your parent held record (page 3 is a page dedicated to infant feeding resources and page 40b - is a check list 'how can I tell that breastfeeding is going well?').

- Will my routine screenings still take place?
New Birth visits will be carried out by telephone or a home visit where required, you will receive a telephone call prior to the visit to check that people in your household are well.
Your child's routine development review will take place over the telephone unless your Health Visitor has specifically stated that this will be a home visit in which case the Health Visitor will call you prior to the visit to check that people in your household are well.
