Adult Care Services Information

Due to the risk of Coronavirus (Covid-19) and to comply with social distancing guidelines our four day centres have temporarily closed.  People who usually attend the day centres and their carers are being provided with support in the community where they need it.

We are now using all our available staff to focus on supporting people being discharged from hospital over the coming months.  By pooling our resources we are maximising our capacity to enable as many Adults to return home from hospital as quickly and safely as possible.

If you are an Adult who needs support with your daily living, or you are worried about an Adult who needs help, you can contact the Adult Access Team by telephone on 01642 065070 from 8.30am -5.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on a Friday hours.
