Licence Summary 
If you wish to be a skip operator you need to register with the authority. You will need to show that you are adequately insured and have a waste carrier permit.

  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Waste carrier permit

Fees
There is no fee to apply for an Operators permit.

Will Tacit Consent Apply? 
Yes. This means that you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from us within 28 days.

How to Apply 
We aim to acknowledge your application form within three working days.

Consumer Complaint
We would always advise that in the event of complaint the first contact is made with the trader by you - preferably in the form a letter (with proof of delivery). If that has not worked, if you are located in the UK, Consumer Direct will give you advice. From outside the UK contact the UK European Consumer Centre.
