Nunthorpe Youth Centre is on the site of Nunthorpe School and works in partnership with the school and pupils.
The centre is pleasant and well equipped with trained and qualified staff who will always give you a warm welcome.
The centre has use of the sports hall on Wednesdays for 5 a side and basketball and on this night also provides a variety of leisure and recreational activities within the centre including table tennis, pool, snooker, bar football and use of a Wii console and games. Cooking is popular with both male and female members. Themed nights are also popular (Chinese New Year etc.)
The Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme has been strong for many years at Nunthorpe on Thursday evenings and continues to thrive today.
