CAF Team
Redcar and Cleveland Council
We provide support and advice to children/young people and their families, and to services when going through the Common assessment process. The common assessment process helps those children and young people who may require extra support in their lives to help with a problem or an issue. The process involves a practitioner listening to a child / young person or parent to find out what help the child may need and then together look at the ways to support them which may include another service becoming involved.
