We teach traditional korean martial arts, with the emphasis on self defence,respect for others and discipline. The first lesson is free and consists of a warm up and stretching followed by training of basic techniques.

New members are welcome from age of 5 years. Classes are run on various nights for mixed ages plus we have a Tiny Tigers Club on a Tuesday which is for children aged 5-7 years old.
