> Stop Smoking Service - drop in clinics where you can get Health Trainer &
nurse advice on Nicotine replacement products, Champix tablets & changing your
habits & behaviours to help you quit.

> Community Weight Management Programmes (adults)- a range of FREE 8 week
programmes to help educate you around food & physical activity so you can lose
and manage your weight without putting it back on.

> Health Trainer Service - helping people to adopt a healthier lifestyle;
whether that would be losing weight, stopping smoking, reducing alcohol &
increasing physical activity

> Health Walks - Improve your physical fitness, mental well-being and meet new
friends! Come along to our local health walks within all areas of
Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland for all abilities.

> Work Place Health Team / How Healthy is Your Business? - We will support
local businesses to implement workplace health initiatives, aimed at improving
the health and well being of employees within the workplace.

Infant Feeding - Advice on infant feeding, breastfeeding & weaning

> Health Improvement Resource Library - A range of health books, leaflets,
posters, games & resources for professionals hire when you sign up to our
library! Do you want to see what 5lbs of body fat looks like? Or how much tar
would accumulate in your lungs after smoking 20 cigarettes a day for a year?
