Service Hours:	Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm Closed for Lunch 12.30 - 1.30pm (Appointments ONLY made between 9.30am and 12.30pm)
Restrictions:	The Service is restricted to: All areas, All Tees Valley, Darlington, Dormanstown, East Cleveland, Eston Corridor (Eston, Grangetown, Normanby, South bank, Nunthorpe, Teesville, Ormesby, Overfields), Guisborough, Hartlepool, Marske, Middlesbrough, New Marske, Redcar, Saltburn and Stockton.
	Booking is necessary: Appointments made ONLY between 9.30am and 12.30pm
	Adult supervision required
