Grangetown Children's Centre is located in the centre of the community on Grangefarm Road. It is a modern purpose built building. The centre offers child and family friendly services and activities. It has a community café, community room, quiet room, childrens rooms, and staff offices. There is a large outdoor area which has been specifically designed to support early years learning. The Children's Centre is immediately adjacent to the Priory Day Nursery, which is a private provider offering full day care to children aged 6 weeks to 8 years.

Services offered from the Childrens Centre include; child and family health services; play together activities; family support, parenting groups; information and out reach for families; training and employment support and volunteering opportunities.
