WHAT IS SUPPORTING PEOPLE?

The Supporting People Programme promotes independent living and offers people the opportunity to improve their quality of life by providing housing related support.

The Supporting People Team commission services across the borough of Redcar and Cleveland, aimed at people aged 16 years and over who need help to live in the community, to gain and to maintain their independence.
