Thinking of planning an event? Then we may be able to help. We can provide guidance notes which will assist you in achieving your objectives and delivering a successful and safe event.
To begin the planning process, please complete the Event Notification Form. This will enable the Town Team to consider your proposal and offer the appropriate advice and assistance relating to your event.
To ensure your proposed event is dealt with efficiently, please complete the relevant forms below and submit to the Town Team on
townteam@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk To assist you further we are providing guidance relating to road closures and traffic management, licensing, risk assessments, employing stewards, health and safety, first aid and medical and more.
Once your forms have been completed and submitted to the town team, your proposed event will be considered and discussed with appropriate officers within the council. Dependent upon the size and scope of your proposed event, it may be discussed at the Independent Safety Advisory Group (ISAG), where further requirements and next steps may be identified, ensuring that everything is covered so you can deliver your event safely.
Please see below a list of dates that the Independent Safety Advisory Group (ISAG) will be meeting during 2017 as well as a list of deadlines for submission of plans.
Please be advised that you must submit a copy of your events plans by 5pm on the deadline dates listed below for your event plans to be considered at the following ISAG meeting. Any Plans received after 5pm on the deadline date will not be considered for the agenda for the following meeting.
