There are lots of ways for you to give us feedback:
- Complete our online feedback form;
- In person;
- By telephone, on 01642 774774;
- E-mail us at contactus@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk
- Download, print and return our printed version of the feedback form;
- Write a letter to us - see below.
Writing to us
If you post a letter or send the feedback form to us you will need to put a stamp on your envelope. To save money, you could use the website or drop your complaint off in any Council building. If you do take your written complaint to a Council building, it may take up to two days for your complaint to reach the right person.
If your feedback is about Adult or Childrens Social Care, please put it into an envelope and address your complaint to:
