Hire of Library Meeting rooms 2013-2014
Commercial hire covers any booking made by a commercial business or organisation of any type, which operates for profit, regardless of whether or not the event itself is for profit.
Commercial booking will only be possible at Redcar and Guisborough.
Non commercial hire covers use by groups & organisations , including statutory bodies which are non-profit making this will include use of Redcar and Guisbrough Libraries by local community groups.
Use of libraries other than Redcar or Guisborough will be free for local community groups as will use of all libraries by departments of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council unless staff overtime is incurred, which will be re-charged.
There is no minimum hire period.

Use of Brotton Library, outside of normal library opening hours, is subject to the conditions of the Freebrough Academy Lettings Policy.
