The Development Policies document contains detailed policies against which all planning applications submitted to the Council will be considered. It will set out specific requirements and criteria for the development of buildings and land in the Borough. The policies will not allocate specific sites or land development.
The Development Polices DPD was formally adopted by the Council on the 19th July 2007. The DPD and the adoption statement can be downloaded and viewed below. Alternatively, you can purchase a copy from Planning Services at Belmont House.
