Due to the resignation of Councillor David Mcluckie a casual vacancy exists within the Skelton Ward of Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council. An election will take place if a request in writing is received from two local government electors from the borough to the Returning Officer at the address stated on the casual notice of vacancy.
