Low Grange Farm SPD

Due to the change in economic conditions since its adoption in 2008, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council made the decision to revoke the Low Grange Farm Supplementary Planning Document on 13th September 2012. The Council remains committed to delivering development on this site, which continues to be an important part of the regeneration strategy for the area. We are continuing to work with land owners and development partners to bring forward planning applications at the earliest opportunity.

The SPD has therefore been removed from our website and libraries in the borough, and will no longer form part of our Local Development Framework. As such, it no longer constitutes a material consideration in the determination of any planning applications on the Low Grange Farm site.
