Gating Orders

Section 129A Highways Act 1980 enables Councils to gate a highway if the highway suffers from crime and/or anti-social behaviour.

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council proposes to make the following order(s) because of anti-social behaviour or crime in those area(s).
