Welcome to the Adult Social Care Services Support and Information Section.

We help individuals who need care and support, to enable them to live longer, healthier and more independent lives, in a safe environment. We also provide support to families, relatives and carers, even if carers do not live within Redcar and Cleveland. We encourage a balance of care and support which focuses on prevention, personalisation, partnership, plurality, protection, productivity and people.
