Tees Valley Coach Travel will run Service 70 from Ings Farm to Redcar to the lakes Estate to Redcar Primary Care Hospital and to Eston Square.
Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council's Cabinet Member for Highways, Transportation and Planning, Councillor Mary Lanigan, said:
"This is a great new service that will really enhance the public transport available throughout the Borough. The route takes in some of the most popular locations in Redcar and I hope it is well used by residents and visitors alike."
