RESIDENTS in East Cleveland will have the opportunity to speak directly to experts at a Safe & Sound Event to be held at Carlin How, Jubilee Hall on October 25 starting at 2pm and finishing at 8pm in conjunction with Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and Carlin How Action Forum.
