Our Plan 2013-18

The latest version of the corporate plan, Our Plan 2013 - 18, has been approved by Borough Council. It sets out the major activities of the Council in the coming months to help improve the lives of our citizens and communities.

Our Plan is the Councils key corporate document describing our contribution to Redcar & Cleveland Partnerships Sustainable Communities Strategy. It is a rolling five-year plan which is refreshed each year.

It contains the Councils vision and describes key activities together with associated milestones and performance measures for all our priorities. It also highlights our achievements over the last year.

In this years Our Plan we are targeting our effort and resources on a few, very important issues. These are to grow our economy and create more jobs, develop great places to live and improve quality of life.
