The Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred by The Local Authorities (Members Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003 hereby makes the following Scheme.
This Scheme may be cited as The Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council Members Allowances Scheme and shall have effect for the year commencing on 1st April 2011 and subsequent years, unless amended by the Council.
