The latest version of the corporate plan, Our Plan 2012 - 17, has been approved by the full Council. It sets out the major activities of the Council in the coming months to help improve the lives of our citizens and communities.
Our Plan is the Councils key corporate document describing our contribution to Redcar & Cleveland Partnerships Sustainable Communities Strategy. It is a rolling five-year plan which is refreshed each year.
It contains the Councils vision and describes key activities together with associated milestones and performance measures for all our priorities. It also highlights our achievements over the last year.
This years Our Plan focuses on the continued implementation of our Economic Regeneration Masterplan (physical regeneration) together with progressing our approach to neighbourhood working (people regeneration) helping to ensure that local people have every chance of sharing in the Boroughs future prosperity.
