Who Can Help

Knowing what to do when the person you love is violent or abusive can be very confusing and frightening. You don't have to deal with this on your own. There are services which can help and support you.
  • EVA: Supports women and children who are, or have been, victims of domestic abuse and/or sexual violence. EVA provides accommodation, individual support, advocacy, a range of programmes, support groups, activities, families work, outreach, Information/advice and volunteering opportunities.
  • Foundation: Our service works throughout the Redcar & Cleveland area offering support and advice relating to domestic and sexual violence. This can be physical, emotional, sexual, financial or psychological.
  • Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC): The Sexual Assault Referral Centre, can give you all the options so that you can get the support you need even if you decide not to go to the police.
