What is a Corporate Parent and what do they do?
Everyone who works for the Council, Elected Members and Partner Organisations such as the health service have a responsibility to make sure you are cared for and cared about.
Redcar & Cleveland has a Corporate Parenting Board which meets every 3 months. This Board is made up of Elected Members as well as those who work for the council, who have a special interest in making sure children in care are looked after properly.
