School Admissions Policy
The following policy for 2010/2011 applies to Community Schools within Redcar and Cleveland for whom the Local Authority is the Admissions Authority.Policies for Roman Catholic Aided Schools and Foundation Schools ( Bydales, Eston Park, Nunthorpe, Redcar Community College and Rye Hills Secondary Schools ) can also be viewed by clicking on the links below.

A new provision in the Education (Determination of Admission Arrangements) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2007 requires local admission authorities to publish annually information regarding the determination of admission arrangements.  The arrangements can be viewed by clicking on the PDF's below.
Within the period from 1st May 2009 until 12th June 2009 any objections to these arrangements can be made in writing to the Schools Adjudicator under regulation 9(1)(c) of the Schools Admissions (Alteration and Variation of, and Objections to, Arrangements) (England) Regulations 2007.  The Adjudicator can be contacted at The Office of the Schools Adjudicator, Mowden Hall, Staindrop Road, Darlington, DL3 9BG.  Telephone 0870 0012468 or e-mail osa.team@dcsf.gsi.gov.uk
