Colour InDrop in and help us complete our giant colouring-in sheet!

Colouring can lower anxiety, stabilise mood, increase attention span and serve as a sleep aid. By engaging multiple parts of the brain, colouring allows us to focus on the lines, movements, and colours in front of us, use our imaginations and be creative, and de-stress.

Talk Club - North Ormesby Hospital by Ron Smith

The true meaning of the name ‘hospital’ is a place that offers hospitality. When in 1858 the ladies from Coatham opened their house in Middlesbrough for the sick and injured they couldn’t call it an infirmary because they had no medical training. They called it a hospital and that name has come to mean a place of healing and care.

Call my Bluff was a popular television panel game. Obscure words are given a mixture of true and 'bluff' definitions. The game is for the panellists and the audience to sort the wheat from the chaff and to spot the true meaning. A game in which everyone is an expert!
